The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement will be agreed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or formal agreement) prior to commencement of services.
Bookings may be made through our online booking form or directly via email or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Wahu Muchai or an authorised representative. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
To reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply, at our sole discretion.
Service fees are as quoted at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Payment terms will be specified per engagement. For retainer services, payments are due in advance as agreed. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any work until payment has been received in full.
